These steps are useful if you want to send the system configuration to a third party (such as Tech Untangler) for further troubleshooting.
TELL ME HOW:
- Click on the Apple Menu in the top left hand corner of your screen
- Click on About This Mac
- Take a screenshot of the overview window by pressing Command-Shift-4 and then the space bar.
- When the icon turns to a camera, click inside the overview window.
- The screenshot will appear on the desktop (by default)
- If you see a button labelled storage, please click on that.
- The second screenshot will appear on the desktop (by default).
- Please send both screenshots to the address provided. If unsure, go to messenger and drop the two files into that window.
