Purchasing the license(s)
- Log in to your Admin Panel (https://domains.techuntangler.com) with your end-user login.
- Click on the Order button at the top menu
- Click on the [Order Hosting & Extras] button - to the right of order products and above the SSL Certificate Seal
- Scroll down to the bottom and enter your domain name. Be sure to enter the name part in the box and use the dropdown arrow for the end part of the domain (e.g .com.au)
- Once you've enter the domain part, selected the correct option from the dropdown box, click on the green [Find] button.
- Click on continue
- Click on the Add Extras button
- Select an Office 365 Plan. The most popular is the Office 365 Business plan. This gives you the full office suite on your device. Ensure you select the right number of users.
- Check that the details are correct, number of users and pricing (including setup fee)
- Under Payment details select the credit card that you would like the user's office subscription to be paid from.
- Tick if you agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click on the Orange [Place your order >>] button.
- Your order has now been placed. You will have a reference ID with which you can relate the order to.
You will need to wait between 15-60 minutes for the email to come through to confirm the process is active and the new office license is ready to activate/
Activating the license for the end user.
- Log in to your Admin Panel (https://domains.techuntangler.com) with your end-user login.
- Navigate to the domain that Office 365 is on and click on the Manage link on the right hand side.
- Click on the Office 365 Email button under the Administration heading.
- Check that the number under the available heading is >0
- Click on the [Create User] button.
- Make the username the same as the email address. First name and last name should be obvious.
- Set and record a password (as you will need to give this to the end user to log in)
- [x] Tick the Make this person change their password the next time they sign in.

- Click on the [Create Email] button
- New user is now setup

Is Office 365 already installed?
If you already have Office 365 installed open it up. When asked to register enter the following address:
Password is: {password}
This will activate office.
If Office 365 isn't already installed on your machine.
If you don’t already have office on your machine, go to https://portal.office.com and log in with the credentials above.
